Can you share your homemade Chai recipe???? I LOVE chai and haven't had it since being on GAPS. Thanks!
Look at you guys go!!!!! Love it!!!! You are so in tune with what's happening for you and your family! You're totally rockin'! Yay for healing!
Sorry I haven't responded. My Google account won't let me log in and post comments. It's been weeks now, so it's not just a fluke. Of course Alicia! I think it's great for full GAPS as it uses warming, cleansing spices. Plus, it's a great treat for hubby's diabetes. I'm using the Nourishing Gourmet's recipe: http://www.thenourishinggourmet.com/2011/02/homemade-chai-rooibos-concentrate.htmlI substitute decaf black tea for the rooibos and want to play more with the spices a bit to get my perfect cup. I love that she has a heavy hand with the spices! We play with the chai to milk ratio a bit depending on our mood. I add a bit of honey to mine, but hubby's happy without sweeteners. Happy sipping! Thanks Baden. You're such a great cheerleader. 🙂
Thank you! Will be trying this soon!
