My name is Jennifer, and I’m the owner & founder of the Healing Redefined Holistic Wellness Center. I started out as a health blogger back in 2011 under the name of 20 something allergies and counting…down. As readership grew, my aim went from sharing my family’s journey with food allergies to giving you the tools needed to find wellness for yourself and your family. Healing Redefined was born. I still share a bit of our healing journey along the way, but my hope is that the information I’ve shared over the years can help you step forward toward optimal wellness.
