  1. Thanks – great info. Suggestion: add the link to the next segment on each to make it easier to go through. I was very sick from food issues and found that a clean diet made all the difference. Stumbled across your site, and now many others – so many folks striving for health out there! I follow what I call the God diet: If God didn’t make it, I don’t eat it! I appreciate all the folks who are sharing their tips for health living. Thanks again!!

  2. I’m looking forward to reading more on the site. My grandma is about to turn 92, and I attribute a lot of her good health to the fact that she grew up on a farm and did not eat much processed foods as a youth. I am trying to eat healthier, but like anything, it works best not to go cold turkey but to make slow changes over time.
