Thank you for linking up with the Clever Chicks Blog Hop this week! I have been making raw, apple cider vinegar with the mother this year and used a friend’s kombucha SCOBY to get a batch started.
I think jello is next on the list!
I love that you are making your own vinegar! That is on my list of things to try next year. Michigan’s apple harvest was only about 5% from the tough spring, so I will hold off for now. I am eager to try it though!
