  1. I'm confused by your menu. Was that supposed to be gaps intro foods? Or was that from another day before you started back on gaps? Or are you not doing gaps?

  2. We're inching into intro. 🙂 Katie has trouble digesting veggies no matter how well cooked and hasn't been doing well with meat either since she's been sick. I felt it necessary to keep potatoes and white rice in since they're the only foods that settle our stomach when they're in upheaval from illness. Plus, I had some non-intro food to finish up. I thought it would be better to start small and work our way into it. By the end of the week, we'll be fully in stage 1. Thanks for checking. If you were confused and spoke up, I'm sure there were a good many other people with questions too!
