  1. We are 7 mo. into gaps and i did a dairy trial of raw milk kefir for my daughter and i….it lasted about three weeks and then I decided to take dairy all back out because while her symptoms weren't as severe as her previous dairy allergy, it was still not pleasant (sleeplessness and diaper rash). I was SO bummed at that point, we've even done a modified intro since then and seem to be on the upswing again thankfully. I am giving her lacto-fermented veggies with whey now at the 7mo. mark to see if she does ok again and might end up taking those back out. So I guess I just wanted to say don't ignore the belly ache, and hang in there if you have to take it back out….it will get better!
