  1. I have become a big fan of the coffee enema. It isn’t pleasant, but now that I’m used to it, I look forward to it because I know how much better I will feel afterward. I’m currently doing one every day. On bad days, I do two.

  2. I massage the 10 acupressure “gate” points that are used for the NAET Allergy Elimination program. Often one set of these is all it takes to completely stop the reaction. I use this technique on myself, kids, etc. Google it to find a diagram of the points. Other things I do are Epsom salt baths, 1/4 tsp of Celtic salt in a glass of water, a capful of ACV in water, or bentonite clay in water.

  3. Activated carbon caplets get rid of gas and bloating, Bio K+ everyday until i get better (a 5 billion bacteria capsule probiotic so powerful it is used by the canadian government in hospitals to help C. difficile infected patients get better) and much much much water, herbal teas ( i love my mint, my licorice root as well as a mix of adrenal support tea made of oat grass and the such) and of course GREEN SMOOTHIES! Mud baths help achy muscles and Omega 3s help with brain fog!
