  1. Sadly I could not listen to these videos as the sound recording is of very poor quality and after 30 seconds I gave up!
    The reason I would liked to have watched them is that I am setting out on my second attempt of GAPS as I have Dyspraxia, IBS, Asthma and numerous other symptoms: but being Dyspraxic, I need the sound quality to be perfect to be able to listen …
    I hope others are more tolerant and benefit from these vids!

    1. I’m sorry to hear that, Amanda. If you are unable to tolerate GAPS, I would suggest looking into the Autoimmune Paleo Protocol. I use it in my practice with a rotation diet and some of the food prep and gut healing principles from the GAPS diet. All of these are symptoms that can be reversed, so I wish you the very best of luck!
