    1. I am still tinkering with the recipe I created on Thanksgiving for cranberry-ginger sauce. but I’ll post that soon. My basic recipe is one 12 oz. bag of cranberries 1 cup of water, and 1/3 cup of maple syrup. Combine in saucepan. Bring to a boil, and then turn down heat to simmer for 20 minutes. Simple, simple…like everything I cook. 😉
