  1. I want to go grain free so I can heal my gut, and become less sensitive to the foods I love and miss like bananas, apples, spices, and other fruits and vegetables.

  2. I am gluten free and avoiding all 36 allergens, but feel like it’s not enough. I think grain free is what I need to do, but it’s so overwhelming, especially when I have mu family to consider! I would love to learn how to make grain free meals.

  3. I’m a 16 year old high school girl who is trying to find the best diet to fit my body. I’ve tried mostly paleo, plant based, etc… and the result has been a diet that’s very healthy and full of veggies and grains. However, lately I’ve lost a lot of weight (odd because all my life I’d had a problem with being a bit chubby) and I’m currently underweight at 94 pounds on my 5 foot 2 1/2 inch frame. I’m puzzled, although not displeased, but I’m going to do a bit more testing with my diet to see if I can fix the issue. I enjoy making and eating grain-free foods, so I think this course would help me a lot in finding a solution.

  4. Already try to do some grain free meals and need new ideas for more recipes. Want to do whatever I can to help my picky 4 year old and heal his gut.

  5. Going grain free does help allergies but would love new recipes as we are tired of
the simple meals I have been making! Thanks

  6. I’ve been thinking about attempting grain free in hopes of curing my daughter’s psoriasis … just feeling a little overwhelmed with getting started. Great giveaway!

  7. I am considering going totally grain free in order to help completely heal my gut and immune system from SLE (Lupus). I have done well lately with an alternative treatment, but I know there is greater healing needed in my gut. I would love to have access to the great information, help and recipes that will be available in this class!

Thank you for hosting this giveaway!

  8. We’re going grain free to heal my daughter. She has severe eczema, asthma, multiple food allergies. We’re trying to heal her and improve the health of the rest of us in the process!

  9. I was told that I needed to be on a strict paleo, FODMAPS, and rotation of my foods to heal form 10 yrs of GERD and IBS. I soooo very much would love to have a REAL food book that has grain free recipes so I can heal and begin to heal my 3 kids with leaky gut also!
