  1. I've been contemplating going through the GAPS intro again myself! I have had a real hard time lately staying away from the sugar and (of course) notice I feel so great eating broth based soups (which I do everyday for lunch). I do feel fine eating some beans (not too many) and rice congee as long as I have meat, broth or eggs with it. Unfortunately I still have a really rough time with raw vegetables (although fresh vegetable juices are fine again!). My thought is that maybe if I go through the GAPS intro again, I might be able to advance my healing to be able to handle some of these again? Good luck with your re-intro, I'll be sending to and Katie support from the other side of the nation!

  2. Rufus, it seems many of us who started intro together in April could use a reset. i think we would definitely see a decrease in symptoms and jump start some new healing, since our bodies have had time to heal and are so much cleaner. Now I know why Baden has done a few rounds of intro! You should jump right in with us (we'll get there soon) and pick up the old 'Sugar Is Poison' mantra. A very generous reader shared this link with me on what nutrients you are deficient in based on your cravings http://www.naturopathyworks.com/pages/cravings.php. I'm going to test it out, and then share it on the blog if it works for me.
