  1. "I have so many wonderful examples of people doing intro right now, and I want to do it while the support is there. Instead, I'm falling on my face."After going off of intro and my sugar binge this past week I completely get how you feel! I keep thinking, 'How long is this intro thing going to drag out for me? When will I get it all together and execute it the way it's suppose to be?' And so I have the following quote written on my bathroom mirror: "Failure is not falling down but refusing to get up."

I think I'm going to plan to do one every six months until we're sufficiently healed and then keep in in rotation for maintenance, illness, etc. Everyone who has done multiple intros seems to have a deeper level of healing each time, so the 'try, try again' adage is definitely going to apply to me! I'm starting to feel freed by my imperfection with all of the support and honesty flying between the blogs and comments. It's very refreshing!I'm always totally stealing your quote on the bathroom mirror idea! I have three bathrooms, so each one will get a different quote. 🙂
