  1. I’m really enjoying reading your entries. I’m waiting for the book to fly in and we’ll start in a week and a half. My 27 month old has many anaphylactic and non anaphylactic allergies and many other sensitivities and eczema. I just found your blog today. I’m a little scared as I read how you’re reacting to the intro. I didn’t think some broth and meat and veggies could do that. I’m more worried about my son’s reactions. hmmm, will keep reading, this is very interesting to me. Thank you for taking time to share your journey.

    1. You’re welcome! After our experiences, I do not recommend intro for most people and especially young children when starting the diet. We are actually having much better luck with the Autoimmune Paleo protocol foods list coupled with the GAPS ideals.
