  1. Thanks for the heads up Baden! Since we go through so many changes on this diet, it's good to have all of the info my little brain can handle. We've done well on the turnips so far (good since we're so limited already), and I've been craving them for weeks. I wonder if my bacteria are craving the inulin? Something to ponder… I really want to rotate our veggies so we have a greater healing benefit from them. I can't wait for spring to finally get here!

  2. Sara, we both ADORE them! I can't sip broth straight from the mug with the thick layer of fat on it, so a straw really helps. The 6" bent are perfect for mugs. Katie's tickled pink when I use her straws. 🙂 Our plastic ones are now being used for crafts. Yay! I also like the fact that the artist/owner is a stay at home mom, local to me, and just started this business. I'm a sucker for the underdog! 😉 Let me know if you get any. I'd love to know how the work out for you! We'll be getting some for hubby and me next.

  3. How do you like the glass straws? I might get some. I cringe every time my kids drink broth with plastic straws, but figure it's better than no broth… 🙂

  4. Just having some down time while my soup is cooking (late dinner here!) and thought I'd catch up on the intro blogs! The glass straws sound interesting, have heard about them a few different places… will have to look into them further. My son would probably get a kick out of them.
