What if you could…

…the way it’s been done for centuries?

Essential oils have taken over my holistic tool kit as the most versatile and easy to use tool to maintain optimal health. I am smitten.

They’re just so darn easy to use and learn –

Add a couple drops of Lemon in a diffuser to lift your mood as you clean.

Rub Lavender on your children’s feet before bed to encourage calm and relaxation.

Or soak in a tub with Epsom salt and a couple drops of Frankincense to relax after a long day at work.

Choose optimal health

There’s no need to have any special training to use essential oils.

As a holistic practitioner, I’m very excited about how our bodies respond to essential oils. They are wonderful for helping to maintain our physical, emotional, and mental health.

Empower yourself

After leaving a successful distributorship with Young Living behind due to usage suggestions that conflict directly with my personal and professional beliefs as a mom, practitioner, and studying aromatherapist, I’m currently adding to the list of brands that I love.

All of the brands listed have been energetically and physically tested on the body as a healing tool and blow my picky, picky standards away.

Vibrant Blue Oils* has been a go-to brand for over 3 years now, and I have almost their complete line of oils. It is primarily a remedy-based brand of blends created and tested by nutritional therapy colleagues of mine. If you try no other oil, try the Parasympathetic blend. It’s a hands-down favorite of mine and all of my clients!

Aromatics International* is a newer brand for me, and I’m especially in love with their hydrosols. The founder of The Aromahead Institute (where my certification program is through) is the previous owner and highly recommends them for their integrity, passion, care, and transparency. Each oil has an accompanying GC/MS report.
