Wonderful post! I may try some of these ideas with my teen son, who is a veggie-abstainer….I'll let you know if anything works. And I second the roasted brussels sprouts–and cauliflower. We like mustard seeds and garlic on ours…

these are wonderful methods to encourage peeps to eat/like new things, very effective to show there is more than one way to eat a carrot and then get the participant to vote/compare different preps. i did this same thing with recovering picky eater challenge. even adults are surprised they can learn to like something they’ve hated their whole life!
