  1. That's quite a list! Think of it as the early warning system that led you to GAPS. If you read Dr. Natasha's article on allergies (at her webpage) she says to introduce all foods that do not show an anaphylactic reaction (and she says to do skin tests for things that are questionable). She may well be able to eat many of these things in the end…I hope for your sake that works out!Justine

  2. Long list…but good that you've identified them!! I do LOVE how you distinguish between anaphylactic allergies and intolerances…it's a big difference =) Bryce shares a lot of her allergies…and I'm guessing there are more that have yet to be identified.

  3. We are so lucky to not have anaphylactic reactions! I think if I had more children without addressing the issue, we eventually would (like so many others do), so I feel VERY lucky that we came to GAPS before more damage is done. Justine, the skin test doesn't work for many of us. I have to go by her normal reactions of skin bumps – like a rash but only a couple in different areas over her body and flesh colored -, crankiness, dramatics, clinginess, dark undereye circles, eczema on cheeks, and bellyaches.Dorothy, there is definitely a huge difference! I feel very encouraged that all intolerances can be healed with time as long as a healing protocal is followed (which seems to be different for everyone since many people also have pathogens that needs to be resolved along with following GAPS). Bryce is already showing promise. We'll get there!!!
