Customized Real Food Meal Plans  

I’m not finding much of interest to put in today’s synopsis. We were home all day since our plans were postponed. I was very sleepy tired this morning (not die off tired) but managed to do more cooking, cleaning, and playing, fell asleep on the sofa for about an hour while my amazingly wonderful daughter quietly watched Eloise next to me, and then cooked, cleaned, and played some more. I didn’t feel like I had a lot of energy today, but I was able to keep going as long as I took breaks. That’s still a major improvements of how I used to feel almost daily. I went to bed early last night but Katie didn’t sleep well and therefore I didn’t either. I spent a couple of hours reading in the middle of the night, because I couldn’t get back to sleep. Fun. Still dealing with brain fog and it’s getting to be problematic. I walk into a room and completely forget what I was doing. Hubby answered me this evening and I had already forgotten what I initially said to him. This lack of functioning has been gone for many months now, and I don’t want it back! I need to be able to multitask again. Okay enough yick yacking, my tired body is going to drag my dull brain off to bed.


Eats: (all organic)
local, pastured roasted chicken with chipotle powder, freshly cracked black pepper, and Celtic sea salt
rose hips tea with tart cherry concentrate and elderberry syrup (cherry and elderberry not organic)
carrot, cauliflower, green pea, roasted garlic, and roasted chicken soup with curry and chipotle powders and Celtic sea salt
even more roasted chicken, sauteed green beans with olive oil, organic & local sweet pepper salad all with Celtic sea salt
apple with dip – coconut oil & raw local honey with cardamom, cinnamon, and curry powders

Items I was able to tick off the list:
oil pulling – forgot this morning, don’t want to cut into sleep time for it tonight
dry brushing – forgot until I was done with my workout; have to remember to do it before
detox bath – 1/2 c Bragg raw apple cider vinegar
fermented cod liver oil [no more butter oil since I have removed dairy from my diet]
probiotics – beet kvass, not commercial probiotic
herbal teas
bone broth

raw liver pills
coconut oil
