Customized Real Food Meal Plans  

Today was a day off from blogging. Since I only had a couple of hours of sleep and was dealing with the after-effects of the muffin fiasco, ahem, I took a break. I did have my elderberry and tart cherry juice, oil pulled, drank green and nettle teas, has pizza from Whole Foods and Morning O’s but otherwise ate nourishing foods that were soothing to my body, and then went to bed early. Katie and I spent much of the evening cuddling and watching movies (Tinkerbell and Santa Paws) which was more wonderful than words can convey. Another good day in spite of recovering.
