It’s Christmastime and those sweet little eyes gaze up at you, trusting that you’ll fill her (or his) tummy with something delicious and sweet.

Like a deer in headlights, you rush to the computer and frantically search for recipes that won’t turn you or your children into hellions for the next 24-72 hours.

Reactions from artificial colors, food additives, and refined sugar can be brutal. Add to that food restrictions, and you, my friend, could be in for a long night glued to useless recipe sites.
